Whether you're accessing services as an individual or a couple, you'll work closely with our psychologist to treat and manage your primary mental health concerns. Common mental health issues include but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, couple & marital problems, personality disorders, ADHD, addictions and trauma-related disorders.
In your first session, our therapist will provide informed consent and confidentiality, review your treatment goals, acquire your history and mental health concerns, and provide coping strategies. This assessment process ultimately provides you with an agreed upon treatment plan. The assessment takes into account your current experiences with mental health concerns, personal and family history, and factors in your daily life influencing your mental health.
After getting to know you, they will suggest the most effective treatment options to help you move toward your personal mental and wellness goals. The treatment plan will serve as a roadmap to steer your follow up sessions in the direction of your mental health goals. There are many types of well-studied, evidence-based therapeutic modalities we can employ as part of your treatment plan to assist you in being successful on your mental health journey.
A few of the many modalities we offer are:
- Accelerated Resolution Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or Dialectical Behavioural Therapy

Regardless of your reasons for accessing psychology services, we will work diligently to help you move toward improving your mental health.
